Oversee the operations and maintenance of wireless base stations, providing direction, leadership, and support to Network Field Associates to ensure network availability goals are achieved. Monitor and assist with network expansion activities. Manages operational costs and ensures customer network satisfaction.

Responsibilities

·         Drive the culture of the Dynamic Organization while serving as a role model of leadership.

·         Hire, mentor, and develop associate’s performance towards company objectives and guide associate career progression.

·         Review and analyze key performance metrics to drive quality and process improvements around network operations and performance.

·         Assemble and manage a capital, expense, and cost center budgets while finding creative solutions to drive costs out of the business.

·         Ensure proper preparation of tools and resources for expedient response to network outages and customer trouble reports.

·         Oversee the proper execution of proactive preventative maintenance routines and ensure all wireless base stations meet and adhere to external and internal regulatory standards.

·         Establish and maintain DOT certification.

Qualifications

·         Associate Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent work/military experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

·         8-10 years experience in Telecommunications Operations required, prior experience managing technical associates.

·         Demonstrated ability of strong oral & written communications skills

·         Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
