Manage the service/product
lifecycle for the suite of products assigned.

Deliver revenue target and cost goals while
ensuring customer satisfaction with the products and services for
which they are responsible.

Creation of marketing/training programs,
integrated amongst RSO and Regional plans, to achieve revenue goals.

Motivate and inspire team of product managers to
produce financial results based on marketing standards of excellence
and with customer satisfaction and the Dynamic Organization as the
determinant force.

Initiate, develop and manage strong partnerships
with key stakeholders (internal and external) in order to
successfully lead development, execution, and analysis of product
management/development and lifecycle marketing/management.

Develop a common vision and provide clear
direction and priorities; clarify roles and responsibilities.

Prepare people for needed changes and effectively
