The Agent Manager is responsible for leading the indirect team in the
acquisition, development and on-going management of the indirect sales
channel. Expected to achieve budget in assigned areas and manage the
objectives for the company's operations including growth, revenue, cash
flow and ensuring an ideal customer experience with every customer
interaction. Strong planning and organization skills with attention to
details and deadlines required. |

Responsibilities |

Lead by, and be an example of the principles of the Dynamic
Organization. Model the behaviors of the Servant Leader. Foster a
positive work culture focusing on Associate Satisfaction.

Maintain open communications with the market, regional, and RSO
leadership as to changes in the indirect channel, development of
marketing strategies, or competitive issues.

Provide leadership and development to the Indirect Team to achieve
maximum productivity performance, while ensuring the Ideal Customer
Experience.

Responsible for handling all Associate Relations issues, including:
hiring, training and development of the Indirect Team, as well as
administering and enforcing sales and sales related market policies and
procedures.

Develop a market development plan for the indirect channel including but
not limited to coordination of new agent locations, assisting new and
existing agents with strategic planning to ensure customer service,
productivity, and revenue targets are met.
·
Oversee and facilitate the overall selection, acquisition and on-going
development of Agent store locations.
·
Oversee and/or facilitate the training of agents including but not
limited to utilizing AIM, current price plans, features and services as
well as proper advertising and graphic standards.
·
Responsible for forecasting and reporting; including but not limited
to, agent goals, objectives and other issues related to the productivity
of the agent channel; time reporting; vacation/time-off tracking;
expense reporting and approvals; and other reports as needed.
·
Ensure agent store locations meet all merchandising standards.
·
Travel within the area of responsibility as well as to regional meetings
and training programs.

Qualifications |
|

High School diploma or
state equivalency required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
·
Working knowledge of
retail and dealer/agent programs required
·
5 to 7 years of retail
sales experience required
·
5 years dealer/agent
account management preferred
·
2 years prior direct
report management experience preferred
·
Strong organizational
skills required
