Administrative Assistant - Tulsa, OK Customer Care Center 

Provide Administrative Support for the Tulsa, OK Customer Care Center.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the management team in general clerical activities such as producing correspondence, managing files, scheduling appointments, photocopying, faxing, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Performs any reporting needs as requested.

  • Maintains confidential information and proprietary reports.

  • Assists in other tasks or projects as assigned.

  • Prepare presentation materials.

  • Maintain and distribute departmental material and other information to field as needed.

  • Provide support for special projects.

  • Serve as backup for other positions as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

  • Previous administrative work experience in a Sales or Operations environment is strongly preferred.

  • PC literacy skills in a Windows environment with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support is preferred.
